Midfielder Callum Dolan made a promising debut in United’s 3-1 defeat at Hampton & Richmond last weekend, and now young striker Theo Williams has made a similar move to Plainmoor to help bolster United's squad. The deal comes in the wake of news that Torquay’s centre-forward and leading scorer Aaron Jarvis may be out until Christmas with a knee injury.
Williams, 20, began his career at Sheffield United and he joined Fleetwood in the summer after
spells with Darlington and Farsley Celtic. He’s made one substitute appearance in League One, with Johnson Sr saying: “He’s a front player, very quick and me and Lee believe he’s got lots of potential."
“I thought Callum did well (at Hampton), and hopefully Theo will come into the squad and give us good competition for places."
