Celebrations at Cricketfield Road
The great and the good of Barton Cricket Club joined together on Bank Holiday Sunday for a celebration of the past, present and future at Cricketfield Road.
Set in the blissful backdrop of the men’s first-team confirming promotion back to the A Division of Devon Cricket, the day began with an entertaining softball match for the Barton youngsters and the Colts beating the adults in a final-over nailbiter.
The Barton Belles made a triumphant return with an exhibition match and, following a minute’s silence to remember past members, the day ended with a fabulous legends match and a night of awards and partying.
