Torbay Council to attend Real Estate Forum

Taking place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds, Torbay Council will be joined by their Regeneration Partners, Willmott Dixon and Milligan

Torbay Council will be attending the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) for a second time this May.

Taking place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds, Torbay Council will be joined by their Regeneration Partners, Willmott Dixon and Milligan who they successfully secured following their attendance at UKREiiF in 2023.

Torbay Council, together with Willmott Dixon and Milligan will be speaking to UKREiiF delegates about their journey over the last 12-months to revitalise Torbay and create a long-term partnership for England’s Riviera.

Using a mix of public and private funds, plans are quickly progressing for the reimagination and repurposing of Torbay’s town centres. The plans include introducing new town centre living and improving public realm and connectivity across multiple sites.

The team attending UKREiiF through panel discussions, presentations, and their stand D52 in New Dock Hall will be telling the story of how Torbay Council, Willmott Dixon and Milligan will work together to deliver a range of once in a generation schemes. In addition, they will be unveiling their plans for Torbay and showcasing the commercial investment opportunities available.
