Torquay United manager is top man in National League South
Torquay United boss Paul Wotton has been named the National League South manager of the month for November.
As well as securing progress over his former club Truro City in the FA Trophy, Wotton has masterminded wins over Salisbury, Maidstone United, Weston-super-Mare and Enfield Town, and also claimed a point against Chelmsford City, Tonbridge and at Boreham Wood.
Only Dorking Wanderers scored more than Torquay as the Gulls ended the month a point behind leaders Truro.
Dean Brennan won the National League Premier award for steering Barnet to second in the table, while Kidderminster’s Phil Brown was the top manager in the North division.
On the player front, the National League South award went to Chelmsford striker George Alexander after seven goals in six games, while Harrison Burke won the prize for Chester in the North and York’s Ollie Pearce was top man in the Premier.
