Steve Waters racing through London landmarks

Threading its way through the beauty and majesty of four Royal Parks and past iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and the Royal Albert Hall, Steve Waters from Torbay Triathlon Club was amongst 16,000 runners who took to the streets of London for the Royal Parks Half Marathon.

Against a top field, which included a winning time of 65 minutes, Steve ran a strong race to finish in a great time of 1.24.30

Dave Brown powered his way to a fifth place, and second place age group, finish at the Power Run Haldon 5 Miler. The multi-terrain course offers an exhilarating journey for runners, guiding them through the landscapes of Exeter Racecourse and the enchanting Harcombe Woods before reaching a triumphant grandstand finish back at the Racecourse.

Dave crossed the line in an impressive time of 31.01 as the Torbay Tri Club competitions head into the winter races.
