Will Jenkins Davies signs for Torquay United on loan
Will Jenkins Davies is back at Torquay United on a loan spell from Plymouth Argyle that will keep the 19 year-old midfielder at Plainmoor until the beginning of January.
Jenkins Davies first signed for United in the summer of 2023 and made a great start to his career with the Gulls before heading back to Home Park for injury treatment. His good form continued after returning to United, finishing last season with eight goals from 36 appearances.
"Will is a player who did very, very well for Torquay United last season," said United boss Paul Wotton.
"He's a player I know anyway from my previous time at Plymouth Argyle. He brings energy, commitment, and technical ability to the side."
Jenkins Davies is just the second dip into the loan market made by Wotton, with Finn Tonks arriving from Bournemouth in pre-season, so there is room for more if required.
