Tony Mould assessment
Brixham Gig Club enjoys coaching success
Tony Mould from Brixham Gig Rowing Club has attained a Level 2 Club Coach award, making him the second member of the Brixham team to reach that status.
The course and assessment is quite detailed and includes coaching principles, safety, session planning, skill development, technique development, equipment and set up and the warm up and cool down process.
The final element has involved a crew from the Non-Race (NR) group working with Tony over the last month, building up to the assessment by British Rowing assessors.
Congratulations to Tony for this tremendous achievement, which will only benefit rowing in Brixham.
