Special offer for secondary school students
Torquay United’s crucial league clash with St Albans on Saturday will bring the latest instalment of the popular Community Days at Plainmoor.
The event, sponsored by South Devon College, will see Year 7/8/9 students from across the Bay invited to the game, with their tickets in Plainmoor’s Wollens Terrace available for just £2 per person.
All Year 7/8/9 students attending schools within the TQ postal code area permitted to apply for tickets for themselves, their school friends and their guardians.
“It promises to be another fantastic day for all involved,” said TUAFC Supporters Liaison Officer, Dominic Mee.
“Our Community Days continue to be a brilliant way for Torbay’s residents to come together, and we thank South Devon College for once again supporting us with this venture.”
Meanwhile, Kelly Sooben, Vice Principal at South Devon College, added: “South Devon College is incredibly proud to be sponsoring Torquay United’s latest Community Day, after such a wonderful day in October.
“It’s fantastic to be able to offer opportunities like this to our community and particularly to young people across Torbay. Events like this are hugely important in inspiring young people and in encouraging families to get out and about and experience all that the Bay has to offer.”
Information on claiming Community Day tickets is available on the Torquay United club website.
