West End hit FASTLOVE brings George Michael celebration to Torbay

Fans of one of pop music’s most iconic voices are in for a spectacular night this spring as FASTLOVE – The Tribute to George Michael heads to the Babbacombe Theatre.

The internationally acclaimed production will take to the stage on Friday, April 10 at 7.30pm with a brand-new show for 2026 celebrating the music and legacy of George Michael.

Direct from London’s West End, FASTLOVE is billed as the world’s favourite celebration of the legendary singer, bringing his unforgettable catalogue of hits to life in a high-energy theatre production.

The show recreates the sound, style and spirit of the late star’s live performances, combining powerhouse vocals, live musicians and a dazzling video and light show.

Audiences can expect a nostalgic journey through some of the biggest songs of the 1980s, 90s and beyond, from the infectious pop era of Wham! to the soulful anthems that defined George Michael’s solo career.

Classic hits performed during the show include Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, Faith, Freedom! '90, Father Figure, Careless Whisper and Too Funky.
