Attendees can also learn more about the Baton of Hope Torbay, a torch relay taking place on September 30 to raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention.
These bi-monthly events provide residents with the opportunity to meet councillors—of all parties—and council staff to discuss what matters to them. They also serve as a platform for gathering feedback on consultations, policy changes, and local services.
Cllr Hayley Tranter, Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services, Public Health and Inequalities, said: "This event is an excellent opportunity for people to learn more about maintaining good health and how to access vital services and I’m pleased that so many of our partners will be able to join us.”
