Missing man David Evans Pic Devon and Cornwall police
Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing 79-year-old South Devon.
David Evans was reported missing from Dartmouth on Friday December 20.
He was last seen in person on the Dartmouth water taxi on Thursday December 12. The last known contact with him was on December 17
Officers are carrying out searches and enquiries in an effort to locate him and are appealing for the public to immediately report any sightings to him.
Coastguard, Dart Harbour and RNLI Lifeboats conducted searches of the water around Dartmouth but these have since stood down.
David is described as around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with short greying hair. It is unclear what he was last seen wearing.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who has seen him on or since the 12 December.
