It's Boxing Day Dip time.
All systems are go for the Paignton Lions Club annual charity event.
All you need to do is enter and be prepared to shake-off the celebrations of Christmas Day with a plunge, walk or dip into the ice waters of Paignton Beach.
It costs £10 and you can either register and pay on the day or follow this link https://www.paigntonlions.org.uk/booking2 to book and pay.
You will still need to register on the day though for safety.
Registration opens at 10am and dip is at 12pm.
The Lions say: "Fancy dress is optional (we tend to go a bit crazy with smiley faces and face paint.
"Everyone is welcome to join us whether you've met up with us before or not. It's such a fun event and all for great charities."
