Lottery celebrations for cat charity fan

Moggies - or people who care for them - were the latest benefactors as Torbay Lottery celebrated another win.
A local Torquay player supporting South Devon Cats Rehoming scooped £2,000.
This is the seventh person to win £2,000 since the Torbay Lottery was launched in 2017.
In total, £51,100 has been won by its supporters and almost £213,800 has been raised for the local community.
Torbay Lottery is an online sustainable fundraising solution provided by Gatherwell Ltd with no upfront costs.
It’s designed to help local not-for-profit organisations to diversify their fundraising streams and enable year-round fundraising in a safe, fun and effective way.

The chosen cause receives 50 per cent of the £1 ticket with an additional 10 per cent going to further support the local community through the annual Small Grants Fund.
