In a category dedicated to young talents under 25, Charlie James, an aspiring entrepreneur from Pier Point Bar & Restaurant, has secured a coveted spot as a finalist for the Young Fish Fryer of the Year award. Charlie's journey from a young angler to a seasoned culinary enthusiast is a testament to his passion for fish and chips. His dedication to perfecting this cherished British delicacy is evident in every dish he serves.

Charlie's love for fish was nurtured during his cherished fishing escapades with his grandad along the serene Devon coastline.
