Estate agent James Lofthouse has decided to do something 'extreme' for his 30th birthday

Estate agent James Lofthouse has decided to do something 'extreme' for his 30th birthday - so he is diving out of an aeroplane from thousands of feet up in the air.
James, senior property consultant with Absolute, says: "In my 30th year I have decided to do something extreme, for an extremely important cause. What better than a skydive? I'll be taking the plunge in aid of local hospice charity, Hospiscare!
Hospiscare provide support for terminally ill patients and their families and I would love to be able to raise a significant amount of money for the charity.
"I wanted to combine a memorable experience and trying to raise some money for charity."
The skydive - from just 15,000 feet - takes place on September 17.
