Police closed road
Two people allegedly fled the scene after a car crashed into others in Torquay.
The incident closed parts of the busy Babbacombe Road between 1pm and 4pm today, Wednesday August 30.
A BMW, which was reportedly stolen, crashed into two cars and was abandoned.
Police confirmed officers are searching for two people who left the scene on foot.
