Police issue public appeal for wanted man with links to Exeter and Exmouth

Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a 53-year-old man from Exeter who is wanted in connection with a report of criminal damage.

Officers from Devon & Cornwall Police have confirmed that Darren Crowson is currently being sought and enquiries to trace him are ongoing.

Crowson is described as a white male with long brown hair and a beard. He is known to have links to both Exeter and Exmouth.

Police are urging members of the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information that could assist officers in locating him. 

Anyone who believes they have seen Crowson is asked not to approach him. Instead, they should call 999 immediately, quoting reference number 50260044257.

Information can also be provided anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555111 or through their website.

Devon & Cornwall Police say they are keen to hear from anyone who may be able to assist with their enquiries as efforts continue to trace him.
