I fished with a friend on Brixham Breakwater for a fun session on light gear and managed Ballkan Wrasse, Corkwing Wrasse and a specimen Mackerel of 1lb 10oz, a great fish for March.
Matt Forrester took a group out on the wreck on his Torquay Charter boat Silver Halo and found plenty of Pollack up to 11lbs, conditions were a bit too breezy for fishing jigs, so various soft plastic lures were the order of the day.

Using ledgered Sardine he landed a Pike of 20lbs 6oz, he has also had others in double figures, therefore I am happy to award him the fish of the Month Prize of a pair of day tickets at Newbarn Angling Centre.
