From the fun of the fair to the peace of Babbacombe
Torbay Weekly photographer Stephen Coombes enjoyed a little late summer tour of some favourite spots in South Devon, starting with a return to the fire fighters retreat in Chudleigh and a stroll around the stunning lake.
It was then a short trip back into Newton Abbot and the coffee generation has gone mobile, with the always welcome addition of cakes and sandwiches.
The fun fair has again played an integral role in the summer holiday entertainment on Torre Abbey green. The lights, sounds and action of the fair is always popular with the youngsters, both local and visitors to our Naturally Inspiring Bay.
There are few better places to end a mini tour than beautiful Babbacombe with views stretching across to Brixham on the horizon.
