Bright Ideas arrive at Torquay Tennis Club to support disability sport

A fantastic charity supporting tennis players with a disability arrives in Torbay

Torquay Lawn Tennis Club

Torquay Tennis Club will be alive with Bright Ideas on Saturday (November 8) from 10am – 1pm.

This free training session is open to all, providing tennis opportunities to the below target groups:
Visually impaired
Physical disabilities
Learning disabilities 
ADHD, Autism 
Sensory impairments 
Obsessive behaviours
STEPS framework (Space, Time, Equipment, People, Speed) 
Warm up routines 

Coaches, teachers and volunteers would also find it very useful if they work with any of the above groups including neurodivergent. It's a hands-on, active, practical, fun training. E.g. using a variety of VI glasses to experience what it's like playing sport with a VI.
