Anthony Raine from Torbay AAC has completed his first Triathlon, a Sportiva event at Clennon Valley, which offers budding triathletes the chance to try a range of distances.
Anthony took on the maximum distance with a 200m swim, 9k bike ride and 2k run. Anthony not only won his age category but also secured a respectable 4th place overall.
A joint group of six Torbay AAC and Torbay Tri Club athletes travelled to Lithuania last weekend to experience the new Vingis parkrun event. The course is run through a beautiful park and post-run Vilnius offered plenty for the athletes to enjoy.
