Torquay rower blasts to win in coastal regatta
The seventh regatta of the nine regatta Coastal Rowing League was hosted by Exmouth Rowing Club. The Langstone Approach Regatta provided perfect conditions, which produced some exciting racing.
Torquay’s sole representative, Barbara Mears, excelled in the Women’s single sculls 60+, winning her race by five seconds in a tight finish.
The next regatta is to be hosted by Teign Scullers on Saturday, October 12.
