Wet weekends won't stop the runners

take on the Teignbridge Trotters Ladies 10km.

Starting at Ipplepen Cricket Club the circular route takes you round country lanes through Denbury and Ogwell. The race was well attended with 235 ladies running. Results: 27 Katie Harvie 52:06, 71 Tessa Hearfield 58:21. The wet weather also didn't deter Rachel Collins and Glen Hawkins from heading to Iddesleigh in the beautiful Warhorse valley (inspiration for the story and film) to represent TAAC in the Warhorse 10K.

They joined around 200 other runners at the start line, at which point they experienced the heaviest downpour of the day, which made the undulating multi terrain race a little more challenging!

The charities supported by this year's race were Farms for City Children and Devon Air Ambulance. Results: 105 Rachel Collins 1:02:13, 130 Glen Hawkins 1:06:36.
