Torbay AAC in Ibiza
Torbay Athletics Club members take on Ibiza run
Torbay AAC athletes were racing in the sun this weekend with a group flying to Ibiza to take part in the Ibiza Marathon event.
Six runners took on the 22k distance from Santa Gertrudis in the hills down to the finish line beside the beach in Santa Eulària.
The conditions were hot and bright, and all six athletes pushed themselves to achieve some excellent times. The standout performance was by Sarah Harrison taking second place in the FV50 age category with a time of 1:52:26.
