Families across Torbay are invited to celebrate the festive season at a heartwarming carol concert in the heart of the community.
The event, organised by Torbay United in partnership with Mummy & Me and Unleashed Theatre, will take place at Central Church, Torquay on Saturday 6 December 2025 from 3pm to 5pm.
The afternoon promises something for everyone, with live performances from Unleashed Theatre and local artists, including singer–songwriter and guitarist Laura Forster, who will lead beautiful carols with the choir. Pianist and organist Jonathan Oliverio will accompany congregational carols and performances, while returning guest speaker David Wells adds his special touch to the celebration.
Drama presentations will bring the Christmas story to life, and bespoke Mummy & Me sessions provide activities for babies and toddlers. Attendees can also explore a festive bookstall from Choice Words, alongside offerings from Good News for Everyone and Unleashed Theatre, ideal for Christmas gifts or seasonal reading.
Organisers say the event is designed to offer a welcoming, family-friendly celebration of music, story and community. Tickets are free and suitable for all ages, but spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
