Netflix is adapting Agatha Christie’s The Seven Dials Mystery into a new three-part limited series.
The drama is written by Chris Chibnall, the creator of Broadchurch, and directed by Chris Sweeney, known for The Tourist. It is being made in partnership with Agatha Christie Limited.
Filming has already taken place in the UK and Spain. Netflix has confirmed that the story will unfold across three episodes, but has not yet announced a release date.
The cast includes Mia McKenna-Bruce as Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, Helena Bonham Carter as Lady Caterham, Martin Freeman as Superintendent Battle and Edward Bluemel.

Set in 1925, the series follows a country house gathering at Chimneys where a practical joke with alarm clocks leads to a death. “Bundle” Brent begins to investigate, uncovering links to a secret organisation known as the Seven Dials.
On 15 September 2025, the official Agatha Christie Instagram account teased the project with the message: “Christie is coming to Netflix.”
The Seven Dials Mystery novel was first published in 1929 and features both Lady Brent and Superintendent Battle, who appeared in four other Christie books.
