Thousands of fans from across Torbay, South Devon and the rest of the country converged on Powderham Castle to enjoy spectacular shows of live music with world-famous names taking to the stage.

Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Duran Duran headlined on Thursday, following the ultimate party starters, disco legends Nile Rodgers & CHICwith JC Stewart opening the show.

CRAIG CHARLES TK MAXX PRESENTS LIVE AT POWDERHAM

On Friday the TK Maxx presents Live At Powderham musical extravaganza was headlined by Basement Jaxx, with guests Craig Charles (DJ set) and Storm Mollison.

On Thursday, an opening set by JC Stewart, was followed by disco legends Nile Rodgers & CHIC and the Good Times with a dance anthem-packed performance to get the party started.

Then the Birmingham-formed Duran Duran foursome of singer Simon Le Bon, keyboardist Nick Rhodes, bassist John Taylor and drummer Roger Taylor wowed fans with hits including The Wild Boys, Hungry Like The Wolf, Ordinary World, The Reflex, Come Undone and many more – before ending the show with an incredible encore of Save A Prayer and Rio.

Electronic superstars Basement Jaxx put on a stunning show on Friday night with founders Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe being joined by a brilliant line-up as they delivered hit after hit on an amazing night. They were joined by funk and soul tastemaker Craig Charles and acclaimed DJ Storm Mollison.
