Five-star rating for Torbay home builders

Torbay-based house builders Cavanna Homes are celebrating a five-star rating from the people who matter the most - the homeowners. That’s why receiving the Home Builders Federation rating is such an achievement.

The HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey is one of the UK’s most comprehensive industry research initiatives, with the results relied on by homebuyers as a measure of quality.

This year Cavanna Homes has achieved its top marks under the guidance of Group Managing Director Paul Moran, who was appointed to the role in September 2024.

Property buyers will soon have opportunities to buy a Cavanna home in a number of new locations.  

A show home is scheduled to open this year at Hollywell Meadow in North Molton, where the first properties will soon be available to reserve. Work has also started at Bickington Park, Barnstaple and Crossways, near Dorchester.
