Leading firm of Building Surveyors has set up shop in Torquay, with an office at Cockington Court.
Now, everyone from property owners and home buyers through to architects and developers in Torbay and the surrounding areas will have a brand-new local option when it comes to multidisciplinary building surveying, engineering and consultancy services.
Earl Kendrick is an award-winning firm of chartered building surveyors with offices throughout England. They pride themselves on having a brilliant team that’s just big enough to provide everything that their clients require, while being small and boutique enough to offer a personal service.
The company already has a presence in the southwest with an office in Bristol. The opening of the new Torquay office is testament to the success the company is enjoying in the wider region. The Torquay office is led by Dean Kelly MCIOB, a Chartered Project Manager with a background in contracting and consultancy.
He has worked for a variety of prestigious clients in the area, including the University of Exeter, Torbay Council, DfE and Cornwall Council.
At a launch event held at the Drum Inn, Cockington, Torquay on Thursday 18 July, Earl Kendrick Group Managing Director Julian Davies explained how the idea for the new office had come about. Though he is now based in London, Julian is a local boy who grew up in Torbay and still enjoys visiting regularly. He was introduced to Dean via a mutual friend who realised they both had sons of the same age, as well as shared professional interests. And it was while on a dog walk in Cockington Country Park that they came up with the plan for working together. The rest is history.
Earl Kendrick’s Torquay office is now open for business, serving all sectors and offering a turnkey solution. Dean and his teams combine local knowledge with the ability to draw on the specialist expertise of a leading national firm, making Earl Kendrick a great fit for any project.
The office can be found at 4 Cockington Court, Torquay TQ2 6XA.
