The Talk of the Town pub, in Paignton, is reopening on Tuesday 4 June, following an extensive refurbishment and expansion project, costing £2.3 million.
The pub, which has been closed for four months for the work to take place, will officially open at 8am.
The redevelopment work has included expansion into an adjoining property, with a new ground floor extension and extended beer gardens.

An additional 20 full- and part-time jobs have been created at The Talk of the Town, which is managed by pub manager Mick Mackriell.
The pub, in Torbay Road, which first opened as a Wetherspoon in May 2010, has undergone a complete refurbishment to the customer area, as well as upgrades to the new extended kitchen, fully refurbished toilets and new staff facilities.
The pub has increased in size from 3,675 to 5,420 square feet of customer space. Both the front and rear beer gardens have also been enlarged.
The main entrance to the pub has been moved into the new extension and is now in front of the new bar (which has also moved position) to allow for easier access and flow of customers.

The pub has been fully refurbished and redecorated throughout, including a new colour scheme and finishes, new bespoke carpet, new lighting and furniture, as well as booth seating.
The heating and cooling system in the pub has been renewed, the flat roofs have been replaced and the pitched roofs fully renovated.
The Talk of the Town pub will be open from 8am until 12midnight Sunday to Thursday, and 8am until 1am Friday and Saturday. Food will be served throughout the day, from opening until 11pm every day.
The pub will be open for family dining, with children, accompanied by an adult, welcome in the pub until 9pm, throughout the week.

Pub manager Mick Mackriell said: “The £2.3 million investment highlights Wetherspoon’s commitment to the pub and its staff and customers, as well as to Paignton itself.
“I am delighted that we have also been able to create 20 new jobs in the town.
“Myself and my team are looking forward to welcoming customers back into The Talk of the Town and we’re confident that they will be impressed by the new-look, larger pub and gardens.”
