All systems go for Torbay Steam Fair

All the fun of the steam fair

It's all systems go for one of the highlights of ther Bay's summer calendar - the Torbay Steam Fair.

Torbay MP Kevin Foster will be officially opening the 2023 event on Friday August 4. Gates open at the Kennels showfield at Churston from 9.30am on  the 4th, 5th and 6th.

Organsiers say they have been inundated with applications from exhibitors and they had to close the lists early. 


This year the show includes a new children's entertainment programme on Friday and Saturday and a bigger Vintage Fairground plus a great evening entertainment programme from 7pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with Purple Vision disco and local bands. 

There will be a Road Run of some of the amazing Steam Engines on Friday morning at 11am from Paignton pier back to the showground at Churston.
