Torquay United have added to their attacking ranks with the signing of winger Josh Phillips from Luton Town on a one-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s National League South clash away at Horsham, with United sitting third in the table after two wins from their opening three games.
Phillips made his senior debut for the Hatters in December 2024, coming on in a Championship match against Bristol City. He also gained experience in the division earlier this year, making six appearances on loan at Bath City.

Confirming the move, Torquay United said: “Manager Paul Wotton has bolstered his attacking options ahead of United’s bank holiday weekend of fixtures by signing forward Josh Phillips from League One side Luton Town.”
Phillips will wear the No.12 shirt during his time at Plainmoor.
