Santa rides into Brixham last year
Christmas is coming to Brixham.
The Rotary Club of Brixham has unveiled their festive plans for the port. And that will include the opportunity for children and adults alike to meet Father Christmas, whom they are once again inviting to Brixham.
President Susan Laurie said: "Christmas in Brixham would not be the same without Santa Claus meeting the children of the town, and the Brixham Rotary Club has once again invited him to come and visit as he has before on November 22 and 23 for the Lantern and Lights event with the parade and fireworks, as well as coming back to the town between December 16 and 21 for the Santa’s sleigh week."

Susan added: "On December 21, we will be in Fore Street to take final requests for Christmas presents from children, depending, of course, if they have been naughty or nice.”
Continuing their Christmas theme, the Rotary Club will once again be holding its Christmas Fair at Brixham Cricket Club on December 7, and stall holders who wish to participate should also make contact on 07765880595.
More details of the club and its events are available on the club website, www.brixhamrotary.org, and their Facebook page.
