Brixham Rotarians announce Christmas schedule

With Christmas rapidly approaching the Rotary Club of Brixham would like to inform the residents of Brixham of the plans they are making to bring some festive cheer to the town and of course for the opportunity of children and adults alike to meet Father Christmas who they are once again inviting to Brixham.

President Susan Laurie said "Christmas in Brixham would not be the same without Santa Claus meeting the children of the town and the Brixham Rotary Club have once again invited him to come and visit as he has before on 22nd and 23rd November for the Lantern and Lights event with the parade and fireworks as well as coming back to the town between 16th and 21st December for the Santa’s sleigh week. Details of his route will be included in our leaflet and will be advised next month.”

She continued, “On 21st December we will be in Fore Street to take final requests for Christmas presents from Children depending of course if they have been naughty or nice.”

The Rotary Club are still booking space for those businesses wishing to advertise in their leaflet that is delivered to most households in Brixham and anyone wishing to do so can do this by calling Adrian on 07765880595 by 31st October 2024.

Continuing their Christmas theme the Rotary Club will once again be holding its Christmas Fair at Brixham Cricket Club on 7th December and stall holders who wish to participate should also make contact on the above number.

More details of the club and its events are available on the Club website www.brixhamrotary.org and their Facebook page.
