On Sunday, November 10 and Monday, November 11, Torbay's communities gathered to honour those who have given their lives in the line of duty.
Remembrance Sunday events took place at various locations across the bay, including Paignton, Torquay, Brixham, Cockington, Torre, and St Marychurch.
Pupils at Barton Hill Academy, Torquay, also paid their respects on Armistice Day (November 11) with a two-minute silence in their outdoor sports area.
Torbay MP Steve Darling reflected on the significance of Remembrance events, expressing gratitude for those who served.
He shared in a post on Facebook: "Feeling incredibly humbled as I remember the sacrifices made for our freedom. Yesterday's remembrance events in Torbay were a poignant reminder of the debt we owe."
