Musical theatre icon Michael Ball has announced his brand-new album Glow - and confirmed he will be bringing his 2026 headline tour to Torquay.
The Glow UK Tour will see the star perform at the Princess Theatre on Monday 28 September 2026.
Ball, one of Britain’s most celebrated performers, said he can’t wait to share the new music on stage next year. “There’s probably only one thing I enjoy more than being in the studio - writing, producing, and singing songs with people I love - and that’s taking it all out on the road and performing those songs as well as all the old favourites to the audiences I love,” he said.
“I hope you enjoy the new album, and I hope you come to see us on tour next year. It’s going to be an exciting year, and I can’t wait to see you all.’’

The announcement marks the latest chapter in Ball’s remarkable four-decade career. A double Olivier Award winner, Grammy nominee and multi-platinum recording artist, he is widely regarded as Britain’s leading musical theatre star.
His credits span some of the biggest shows in the West End and on Broadway, including Les Misérables, Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, Chess, The Woman in White and The Phantom of the Opera.
Beyond the stage, Ball is a familiar face and voice on TV and radio, hosting his own Sunday show on BBC Radio 2 and fronting programmes for ITV, Channel 5 and the BBC. He has toured extensively around the world and has sold millions of albums over his 40-year career.
Tickets for Michael Ball’s Torquay date go on sale at 9am on Friday 5 December via ATGTICKETS.COM/Torquay.
