Torbay and South Devon law firm Kitson Boyce have been confirmed as the official sponsors of the Team Challenge at the Torbay Half Marathon and 10k run.

The Team Challenge invites groups of four or more people to take part in either the half marathon or 10k, with the fastest four finishers from each team combining their times to create the Team Challenge Leaderboard. The top teams in each distance will be awarded a trophy and a cash prize to donate to a charity of their choice.

As part of their sponsorship, Kitson Boyce will also be entering teams in both the half marathon and 10k events - taking place on Sunday September 21 -promoting a positive approach to physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace.

Rhodri Davey, Managing Partner at Kitson Boyce, said:“We’re proud to support the Team Challenge and excited to be taking part ourselves. It’s a brilliant initiative that encourages teamwork, community spirit, and healthy habits. We’re also looking forward to seeing other local businesses get involved and make it a memorable day for everyone.”

Suzi Cumberland, Managing Director at Taurus Events Ltd, said: "It’s fantastic to have Kitson Boyce supporting the Team Challenge again this year. Their enthusiasm and involvement really help bring this part of the event to life, and it’s wonderful to see such strong engagement from the local business community.”

Teams can register online at www.torbayhalfmarathon.co.uk by entering a team name in the ‘Group’ field during sign-up. The combined results from the fastest four finishers in each team will determine the final standings.
