Teams are at the ready for a fund-raising lorry pull.
A burger and beer from Bays Brewery will add to the fun as Torbay building supplies firm Inter-Line stage their annual lorry pull in aid of Rowcroft at the hospice on Friday July 4.
The event takes place between 4.30pm and 8pm.
Inter-Line say the fund-raiser is extra special as they are pulling together (literally) to raise money in memory of their Brixham driver, Tim Chant and many others to whom Rowcroft Hospice have given incredible care.
Tributes were paid to delivery driver Tim whose death 'left a big hole in people's hearts'.
A mix of teams will battle it out, pulling an Inter-Line lorry 40 metres.
Who gets the medals? Inter-Line branches? Customers? Rowcroft? A Torquay United team?
If you want to get involved - either as a ‘puller’ or spectator to help raise money for Rowcroft, please get in touch now! Music, food, drink and a few kiddies games - and pulling a lorry all on the same day.
Inter-Line said: “All donations are going to the Hospice. We would like to thank all our sponsors including Siniat Drylining, BMI Redland, Knauf Insulation UK & Ireland Mannok Marley Ltd, Sika and VELUX, Bays Brewery, SCAN Safety and slimdesignandprint
