Discover luxury living with a party in the palace

A special ‘Party at the Palace’ is being organised - in Torquay.

Absolute estate agents, in conjunction with their partners at Knight Frank, are inviting residents to the party to view what is on offer at their Palace Gardens homes development on the site of the former Palace Hotel in Babbacombe Road.

It is being held between 3pm and 5pm on Friday September 13.

At the event, visitors will be greeted with a complimentary drink and canapés and will be able to browse the spectacular show home - ‘The Salcombe’.

The afternoon will be opened by the brilliant Lexie Carducci, property expert and presenter.

Members of Absolute’s team will be on hand throughout to answer any questions visitors may have and to advise on how the development could work for them.

Those who attend the Open Day will also be in with a chance of winning one of three great prizes! They could win a two night stay at the five-star Municipal Hotel & Spa, a meal for two at Portofino restaurant in Wellswood (£100 maximum spend) or a £50 Love2Shop voucher.

A spokesman for Absolute said: “The development’s strikingly modern and contemporary design gives these four-bedroom homes an architecturally crisp exterior that continues through to the interiors, providing plenty of natural light for an airy feel, with free-flowing rooms.

“The large kitchen-dining areas benefit from high quality specifications throughout, including bespoke, locally crafted System Six Kitchens, Neff appliances, and underfloor heating. Dedicated parking, garages and private gardens, ideal for entertaining, complete the space-enhancing finish of these exclusive homes.”

The spokesman said developers the Fragrance Group are committed to delivering sustainable developments that benefit both the locations they build in and the people they build for.

“At Palace Gardens, all homes are powered by air-source heat pumps and benefit from solar panels, electric car charging points, enhanced glazing and energy performance certificate (EPC) ‘A’ rating,” said the spokesman.

He added: “The superior quality of these homes, an idyllic setting, and an exclusive and highly desirable location have come together in a unique package that ensures Palace Gardens truly stands out from the crowd, resulting in the dream coastal lifestyle.”
