Youngsters read up on climate matters - thanks to Paignton Lions Club book donation

Youngsters at three Torbay schools have been presented with new books.

Members of Paignton Lions Club visited pupils at Curledge Street Academy in Paignton, Galmpton Primary School and Kings Ash Academy in Paignton to hand over books on climate matters.

At Curledge Street Academy, Lion Alan Tozer and president Malcolm Stone were welcomed by headteacher Jessica Humphrey and the pupils.

Lions Martin Rogers and Alan Tozer were joined by president Malcolm Stone to meet headteacher Katy Burns and pupils at Galmpton Primary School.

Kings Ash Academy Year 5 and English lead Tom Fegan welcomed Lions Alan Tozer and Martin Rogers and president Malcolm Stone to the school.
