Veteran racing cyclist: 'I'm not done yet!'

He may be approaching his 47th birthday, and he had to recover from a bout of Covid-19 this summer, but racing cyclist Conrad Moss just keeps getting faster.

Moss, from Paignton, has been the South West's number one time trialist for more than 10 years.

But in the last few weeks he has posted new personal bests for both classic distances, 10 and 25 miles, saying: "I'm not done yet!"

Moss (Primera TeamJobs) clocked 46mins 59secs for a '25' in Gloucestershire and then did 18.42 over 10m near Abergavenny - average speeds around 32mph in both cases!

Meanwhile, Torquay youngster Harrison Wood's hopes of a big ride in the prestigious Ronde de L'Isard in southern France were dashed because of concussion sustained in an eve-of-race training accident.
