Torquay United are urging 'stayaway' season-ticket holders to 'Use It - Or Let Someone Else Use It' to maximise Plainmoor's Covid-reduced capacity ahead of the National League Play-Off Semi-Finals.

The Gulls sold out all 1,800 available tickets for their recent home game against Barnet recently, but the official attendance was 1,561, mainly because nearly 250 fans did not take up tickets they had already bought.

United, who have the socially-distanced capacity set by Torbay Council's Safety Advisory Group, are anxious to fill every possible place for a PO Semi against Notts County or Chesterfield on Saturday week (June 12).

So the club wants season-ticket holders to let them know in advance if they can't attend, because those tickets could be freed up for others.

If Torquay win the 'Semi', the final will be at Bristol City's Ashton Gate stadium on June 20 (2pm) - the capacity and ticket arrangements for that game have yet to be announced.
