A combination of County Cup matches, bad weather and player unavailability caused a reduction in Devon Women's Football League matches played.

In the sole fixture in the Western Division, Teignmouth Ladies hosted Torquay United in only their fourth competitive game and the greater experience of the visitors proved decisive as they recorded a 6-1 win.

On target for United were Leanne Robbins with two goals, Hannah Rooney, Abi Scandrett, Kelsey Brown and Harriet Bowring with one apiece.

Teignmouth's consolation was scored by Lianne Hamilton, who scored for the second consecutive week.

In the Eastern Division, Exeter City joined Axminster Town and Crediton United at the top of the table following a 4-0 home win over West Exe Park Rangers.

Lilly Burton added two more goals to her season's tally and Lucy Gregory and Elise Reeve added one goal each.

Seaton Town picked up their first point of the season from an entertaining 3-3 draw at home against Uni Exeter.
