Poppy appeal boosted by choir visit

On Sunday, May 1, Paignton Parish Church and the Paignton branch of the RBL hosted the Pye Hill Choir, a male voice choir on tour in the South-West.  

We were treated to a varied and thoroughly enjoyable programme comprising hymns, 60’s pop, traditional and comedy numbers. It was a terrific occasion and great to enjoy some fine local talent.

The event was in aid of the RBL Poppy Appeal and we would like to thank everybody who attended and especially all those who helped to put the event on.
