Holiday club providers have the chance to attend virtual workshops to gain tips and tools to get things in place for reopening.

The Government will be providing guidance at the beginning of July on how holiday club providers can open and deliver safe provision for the children and young people of the Bay.

To support those provisions that will be operating in Torbay this summer, Torbay Council is are putting on three virtual workshops which will cover a range of tips and tools to help get everything in place in time for the holidays.

A council spokesman said: “If you provide a holiday club provision you will no doubt already be thinking about how you can provide this safely for you, and for the children that attend.”

The first workshop took place on Monday. The other two workshops will be taking place on Tuesday, July 7, from 11.30am to 12.30pm, and Monday, July 13, from 1pm to 2pm. To book a place, email EarlyYears@torbay.gov.uk
