The Rotary Club of Brixham held a virtual presidential handover during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Instead of the usual formal dinner, members, partners and friends came together over Zoom to formally thank you Sir Jeremy Hanley for his work in the role of president for 2019/20 and to welcome Adrain Laurie at his successor.
Many members made the effort to dress up even though their refreshments, choice of food, drink and participation was from their own homes.
Sir Jeremy said 'It has been an honour and a privilege to have spent the last year with all its challenges as president and to have supported the community in all the club's efforts to raise funds for good causes in the town.'
Adrian said: 'It will be with the greatest of pleasure that I will be continuing in Jeremy's foot steps and the Brixham community can rest assured that our club will continue to be there for them.'
