Paignton club taking rugby into schools

Ella Fielding has been appointed as the new School Rugby Manager at Paignton Rugby Club. The club was recognised and selected by the RFU for this opportunity through their initiative to appoint a School Liaison Officer.

Supported by an army of enthusiastic volunteers, Paignton RFC has been delivering coaching support in schools, supplying equipment, as well as hosting tag rugby festivals for a number of years. All a great success! 

In partnership with the RFU, Ella will be responsible for delivering the RFU’s vision in schools, launching new ideas and supporting established projects.

Paignton Rugby Club already has strong links with local schools and its community. We look forward to seeing Ella expand these links further, and wish her every success in this exciting new role.
