Two contrasting international presentations via video have  been made to members of the Babbacombe and St Marychurch Probus Club.
Rod Tuck related his experiences as an Election Consultant for the United Nations. In 1989, following his retirement from Torbay Borough Council, Rod was selected as a team member of the Electoral section of the United Nations Transition Assistance Group based in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. He had responsibility for training UN permanent members of staff on the duties required at 370 polling stations for an election. Rod also worked with the UN at a pre mission briefing in New York before it visited Western Sahara in Africa.

Roger Hamilton entertained members with a brilliantly researched history of the Bugatti car and Bugatti family.

The company was sold in 1963. Volkswagen now makes modern Bugatti cars.
