Motorists are facing delays on the A380 King’s Ash Road southbound near Paignton.
Queueing traffic has been reported between Fernicombe Road and the A385 Totnes Road/A3022 Brixham Road junction at Tweenaway Cross.
Travel through the area is currently taking around 15 minutes.
One lane is blocked on the A380 South Devon Highway near Kingskerswell due to an accident at the A3022 Hamelin Way junction, causing additional southbound queues.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time or consider alternative routes.
