Stephen Coombes this week commemorates 60 years since the introduction of nine convertible open-top Leyland Atlanteans for Torbay's summer season.

Retired bus driver Stephen, who lives in Torbay, spends a great deal of his spare time taking photographs of our #NaturallyInspiring Torbay and South Devon.

And in this feature, he shares his images of the Devon General Sea Dog anniversary tour of 932 Earl Howe and 925 Admiral Blake. These two buses came back to Torbay and ran out of service to Kingswear, up to Babbacombe, back to Brixham and then on to Babbacombe. People seemed surprised to see these lovely old buses back on the road.

Stephen dedicates his work to the NHS frontline and support staff for all the tremendous life-saving work they are doing - our heroes!
